HEAD COACH NEW TIER 3 WOMEN’S X1

• Contract: Match Days throughout the summer
• Responsible to: General Manager
• Salary: Competitive dependant on experience & qualifications

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Women’s 1st Team Head Coach to lead and develop our squad, ensuring both short-term stability and long-term growth. The successful candidate will have a passion for coaching and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop female players in a competitive environment.

• Minimum ECB Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS
• Must have significant coaching experience up to and including junior county and senior club level
• Be a member of ECB Coaches Association and hold valid and up to date First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of the ECB Talent Development Framework

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Women’s 1st Team, overseeing all aspects of team coaching, strategy, and performance on match days.

Work closely with assistant coach, match day manager and HCL Women and Girl’s Development Officer.

Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes discipline, hard work, and mutual respect.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of players, providing feedback and support for their development.
