All Stars Cricket
The English Cricket Board (ECB) is launching a new initiative with the aim of getting more 5-8 year old's playing cricket across the country. The launch will take place at the Olympic Stadium, London, tomorrow, Monday 20th March, 2017.
Billed as the future of junior cricket, All Stars Cricket is a nationwide programme developed by the ECB and the Elite Coach Development team that aims to inspire 5 to 8 year olds to take up cricket and join your club!
The programme will enable children to acquire the skills to play the game and connect them to the heroes of English cricket. The ECB will provide your club with everything you need to deliver an unique experience for kids and their parents. Through registering your clubs interest by the 9th December, you will be contacted soon after for more information.
The ECB is offering a range of benefits to clubs, and these include: free equipment, free training and national marketing to help recruit youngsters to their local clubs.
Clubs in Herefordshire running the programme include Brockhampton CC, Burghill CC, Bromyaard CC, Eastnor CC, Herefordians CC, Kington CC, Ross On Wye CC, Wormelow CC
