Coach Education 2018-19

Please circulate the following to any prospective Coaches who may wish to attend the UKCC 2 Coaching Children's cricket run by Herefordshire Cricket

Richard Skyrme will be the Lead Tutor and will also provide support in order that all Candidates achieve competence. Candidates are required to be 18 years of age at Assessment (which could be March/April, 2019 to be qualified to coach in 2019 season)

The dates for the whole course are as follows, please be aware that you need to attend each module

Monday 29th October, 2018 6.30 - 8 pm Pentland Gardens - Introductory evening
Module 1 & 2 - Sunday 11th November, 2018 9.30- 4pm Bridge Street, Leominster
Module 3 & 4 - Sunday 25th November, 2018 9.30- 4pm Bridge Street, Leominster
Module 5 -Sunday 10th December, 2018 1.30 pm - 4pm Bridge Street, Leominster
Module 6 & 7 - Sunday 17th February, 2018 9.30- 4pm Bridge Street, Leominster

In addition to the above you will need to
- attend a First Aid Workshop - Tuesday 13th November, 2018 at 6pm at Pentland Gardens (or hold a certificate from a recognised body)
- complete an online Safeguarding Course
- complete 6 assisted practice sessions - HCL can support this by attending Development Coaching sessions pre season
- complete a Final Assessment
