Cricket Fest 2017
8 years ago | By Stephen Watkins
This summer, we’re celebrating all that’s amazing about our game with CricketFest 2017.
What is CricketFest?
Your local Herefordshire cricket club is flinging open its doors and rolling out the welcome mat to members, guests, friends, family, husbands, wives, kids, grandparents, ex-players – absolutely everyone. Even if you’ve never played cricket in your life or even been to your club, you’ll have a fantastic weekend of fun over four weekends in June and July.
Depending on what your club is planning, you could watch a live match or two, relax with a drink in the clubhouse, practice in the nets, have a tea and a slice of cake, enjoy a drink in the bar, meet new people and maybe even get stuck into the barbecue.
And the kids can play cricket, go on the bouncy castle, chat to the players, make new friends and have lots of fun running around in the fresh air.
It’s free to come along to CricketFest 2017 and everyone will have a fantastic time doing something new.
Howzat for an amazing weekend?
