Junior Cricket Development Coach

Ludlow CC are looking to appoint a Junior Cricket Development Coach. This exciting new position will have the primary focus of helping the club provide quality coaching to all its junior squads and aid progression through to senior teams. The post holder will lead and coordinate all junior coaching activity at the club with the help of additional coaches and volunteer helpers. We would also like the post holder to manage the Under 15s squad in order to aid that transition into the senior teams. The successful applicant would also be required to attend regular committee meetings where possible.
Applicants must hold a minimum of Level 2 Coaching qualification and have current DBS, First aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates.
