Herefordshire Cricket are recruiting for the following posts:
CRICKET PERFORMANCE MANAGER (BOYS PATHWAY)
• Contract: Permanent contract, 30 hours a week
• Responsible to: General Manager
• Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus benefits
Herefordshire Cricket Ltd (HCL) is looking to recruit a highly motivated Cricket Performance Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive training and match programme for representative cricket in Herefordshire. The Cricket Performance Manager will have overarching responsibility for the boys Emerging Player Programme (EPP), will be the head coach of the boys under 18s team, and will be responsible for the whole of the county player pathway for boys from under 11s upwards.
• Minimum ECB Level 3 or UKCC Level 3 cricket coach
• Must have significant coaching experience up to and including junior county and senior club level
• An ECB Coach Developer (preferable)
• Knowledge and understanding of the Talent ID programme within the England and Wales Cricket Board

CRICKET DEVELOPMENT OFFICER WOMEN’S & GIRLS’
TO DRIVE AND GROW OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS TO PARTICIPATE IN CRICKET.
• Contract: Full-Time Permanent contract
• Responsible to: General Manager
• Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus benefits
Are you passionate about women and girls’ cricket and Club development? Do you want to inspire girls and women to get involved and help to make cricket more accessible within Herefordshire?
We are looking for a Women and Girls’ Development Officer to drive participation in the game from schools into the club network, grow the number of female volunteers within the game and create opportunities for girls to play cricket across Herefordshire in a safe enjoyable environment, specifically to drive areas of growth in: -
- Develop the cricket club’s environment to grow and sustain female participation
- Increase participation through ECB National programmes (All Stars and Dynamos) Chance to Shine and ECB Competitions
- Further drive the success of the softball festival model (indoor and outdoor) broadening the number of teams involved
- To act as a Community Coach across the Schools Development Programmes
- To be the point of contact for all Women and Girls cricket in the County from introduction to pathway cricket (U11 13 15) through to HCL Tier 3 activity and County Squad.

NCCA COUNTY X1 COACH AND DEVELOPMENT X1 COACH
• Contract: c 30 days / annum – one year contract renewable
• Responsible to: General Manager
• Salary: £7k
The NCCA Coach for Herefordshire will focus on managing and improving all aspects of Herefordshire NCCA Cricket, and ensure that the best opportunities are available to produce the highest level of cricketer in Herefordshire that we can. As the Lead Coach, you will be the primary coach and leader responsible for overseeing the 1st XI team, and the Development XI team. You will play a pivotal role in the development and performance of cricket within the county and contribute to the growing profile of the sport across the UK.
• Minimum ECB Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS
• Must have significant coaching experience up to and including junior county and senior club level
• Be a member of ECB Coaches Association and hold valid and up to date First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications
• An ECB Coach Developer
• Excellent knowledge of the ECB Talent Development Framework
