HCL Boys Talent Development Framework 2026 27
Our Talent Development Framework sets out how Herefordshire Cricket will identify, support and develop players, helping them fulfil their potential both on and off the field. Through clear development opportunities, high-quality coaching and a supportive, inclusive environment, we aim to nurture talent, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of cricket. The framework places each player’s individual needs and progress at its heart, recognising that talent develops at different ages and stages.
